NEDA extends heartfelt congratulations to BAAC as it celebrates its 58th founding anniversary

            Mr. Kirati Veruwan, Vice President of Neighboring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA) participated in expressing congratulations and presenting a donation to the Professor Jamnien Saranak Foundation to support the education of farmers' descendants. The welcoming ceremony was attended by Mr. Chedtha Laepong, Senior Executive Vice President, on the occasion of the 58th anniversary of the establishment of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) on November 1, 2566, at the BAAC headquarters.

On April 3, 2024, Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), and his delegation visited Mr. Jin Liqun, President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Beijing, People’’s Republic of China. The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
