Korea Development Institute (KDI) delegates visited Vice President of NEDA and representatives to learn about NEDA Technical Cooperation

On August 28th, 2017, the delegates from Korea Development Institute (KDI), comprising of Mr. Tai-Hee LEE, Director, Center for International Development (KDI) and Ms. Hyunyi CHOI, Senior Research Associate, Center for International Development (KDI), visited Colonel Saranyu Viriyavejakul; Vice President of NEDA and representatives from various bureaus; including Ms. Chakriya Kathaleephan; Policy and Planning Analyst, Ms. Chanita Kehatat; Project Analyst and Ms. Monticha Rukwijidkul; Project Analyst. The delegates had discussed and shared experiences on technical cooperation between the two organizations, NEDA financial and technical cooperation and to find opportunity in technical cooperation and knowledge sharing among the two organizations in the near future.

On April 3, 2024, Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), and his delegation visited Mr. Jin Liqun, President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Beijing, People’’s Republic of China. The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
