NEDA Participates in Working Lunch with the Minister of Foreign Affairs

Bangkok, 12 November 2025 — At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Chak Boon-long, Distinguished Board Member, together with Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (Public Organization) (NEDA), participated in a working lunch with Mr. Sihasak Puangketkaew, Minister of Foreign Affairs. The discussion aimed to exchange information and integrate development cooperation efforts with neighboring countries, during which participants shared views on the current situation, opportunities, and challenges in implementing development missions in the CLMV countries, namely Cambodia, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Myanmar, and Viet Nam. On this occasion, NEDA presented an overview of its ongoing operations and received policy directions and recommendations from the Minister of Foreign Affairs to be used as guidance for NEDA’s operational planning, ensuring coherence and alignment in support of the Government’s policy objectives.
