Colonel Saranyu Viriyavejakul D.Sc.; Vice President of NEDA, together with representatives including Mr. Rapipit Promnart; Director of Policy and Planning Bureau and Ms. Chakriya Kathaleephan, Policy and Planning Analyst attended the EDCF 30th Anniversary and KSP (Knowledge Sharing Program) Dissemination Conference, and the 7th CEXIM-EDCF-JICA-NEDA Seminar in Seoul, Republic of Korea during 4-6 September 2017.
The 7th CEXIM-EDCF-JICA-NEDA Seminar, hosted by EDCF under the theme “Promoting Triangular Cooperation for Greater Development Effectiveness”, was taken placed in 4 September 2017. During the meeting, the 4 parties had shared information on each party achievements in 2016-2017 and experiences regarding the Triangular Cooperation concept. Moreover, the 4 parties had discussed and brainstormed on any possibility for future collaboration and way to leverage the traditional cooperation channel, including consideration on rebranding the meeting to a more precise and effective seminar’s name. The said meeting will be arranged annually and the next meeting in 2018 will be hosted by CEXIM.
The EDCF 30th Anniversary and KSP Dissemination Conference in 5-6 September 2017 in celebrating for the EDCF 30th Anniversary of foundation. During the conference, the sharing of EDCF and KSP outcomes and best practices had been shared, in particular, the mid to long-term vision of EDCF had been announced. Representatives from ODA partner countries had participated the conference for experiences and views exchanging.
