On June 20, 2023, Mr. Phiramet Vuthithornnetirak Director of Neighboring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency Was invited to attend the OPEC Fund Development Forum 2023 and participated in a discussion on the topic of Regional Collaboration as a Catalyst for Scalable Solutions.
