NEDA participates in Lancang – Mekong Countries Connectivity Joint Working Group Meeting

At Kunming, People's Republic of China during 12-14 June 2019, Mr. Rapipat Promnart, Policy and Planning Bureau Director of Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA) together with other representatives from Thailand participated in Lancang – Mekong Countries Connectivity Joint Working Group Meeting. At the meeting, there was a discussion about the cooperation plan of connectivity between member states and the project of connectivity between member states which was stated in Early Harvest Projects.

The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
