On May 15th, 2019; Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (Public Organization) (NEDA) and the board of directors participated in the press conference on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of the founding of NEDA. Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks also spoke about past performances such as the management of proactive project plans with 3 neighbouring countries as well as the cooperation of financial and academic supports.

The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
