The cabinet voted on 15th April 2020 to approve the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (Public Organization) (NEDA) in providing the financial assistance to Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) for Lao’s information system development and improvement project. It is to connect with ASEAN Single Window: ASW at the amount of 18,820,805.12 Baht from NEDA’s savings. This project is the cooperation among NEDA, The Customs Department and Lao PDR with an aim to support the development of ASW system so that its data can be connected with ASEAN Member States logistically and commercially.
