Information Act and Personal Data Act training news

NEDA held in-house training titled “Official Information Act and Personal Data Act, B.E. 2562”. Assoc. Prof. Manit Jumpa, Director of Bachelor of Laws Program LL.B. (after - hour programs) Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, was a lecturer at Sun Tower building, Viphawadi Rd. on 21st January 2020 and 7th February 2020. This training has provided all personnel with the knowledge, understanding as well as development and establishment of public consciousness and awareness in the terms of the rights of people’s privacy so that NEDA’s Work Manual would be made later.

On April 3, 2024, Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), and his delegation visited Mr. Jin Liqun, President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Beijing, People’’s Republic of China. The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
