At Sun Tower Building Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road on 22nd March 2019, Senior Colonel Saranyu Viriyavejakul, D.Sc., Vice President, Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA) and Mr. Rapipat Promnart, Policy and Planning Bureau Director gave a lecture to students of BMIR (The Combined Bachelor and Master of Political Science Program in Politics and International Relations (English Programme), Faculty of Political Science, Thammasat University. The lecture aims to provide knowledge and understanding about NEDA’s financial and academic support strategy to Neighbouring Countries as well as the pattern of the support provided by NEDA to Neighbouring Countries.

On April 3, 2024, Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), and his delegation visited Mr. Jin Liqun, President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Beijing, People’’s Republic of China. The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
