On 21st February 2020 (Afternoon) at Pathumwan Princess Hotel Bangkok, Mr. Perames Vudt hitornetiraks, the President and Colonel Saranyu Viriyavejakul, D.Sc., the Vice President of Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA) participated in the Officials Meeting of 3 Parties (Thailand-Myanmar-Japan) for Dawei Special Economic Zone Project Development. Mr.Danucha Pitchayanan, Deputy Secretary General of the National Economics and Social Development Council (Head of Thailand), U Aung Soe (Secretary, Myanmar Special Economic Zone Central Working Body) (Head of Myanmar) and Mr. IMAKYUREI Manabu (Deputy Director-General for Trade, Economic Cooperation and International Technology Strategy, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) (Head of Japan) acted as chairmen in this joint meeting between Thailand-Myanmar-Japan. The meeting aimed to discuss about the possibility of Dawei Special Economic Zone Project Development’s master plan integration, acknowledge the primary result of Dawei deep seaport construction and the possibility for Japan to participate in Dawei Special Economic Zone Project Development.
