NEDA Placed the Donations for Activities in Honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.

Mr. Peeramat Wutthonnetirak, the Director of the Neighboring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA) led the management team to place a donation of 50,000 baht for the People Eye Care Foundation to raise funds to help fund poor patients and support the issuance of mobile medical units in remote areas.  Dr. Somsaran Wattanachot, the secretary of the People Eye Care Foundation, was the recipient to honor Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother on the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty The Queen Mother's 90th birthday on August 12th, 2022 at the People Eye Care Foundation, Bangkok Hospital which occurred on June 22nd, 2022.

On April 3, 2024, Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), and his delegation visited Mr. Jin Liqun, President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Beijing, People’’s Republic of China. The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
