Vice President of NEDA and delegates visited Vietnam for the consultation of Country Strategy between NEDA and Viet Nam (2019-2021

Col. Saranyu Viriyavejakul, DSc., Vice President of NEDA accompanying with Mr. Rapipit Promnart, Director of Policy and Planning Bureau and Ms. Chakriya Kathaleephan, Policy and Planning Analyst, visited Hanoi, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam during 6-8 February 2018 in consultation with Government agency of Thailand and Vietnam regarding the new Country Strategy (CS) between NEDA and Viet Nam (2019-2021).
 
On February 7th, 2018, NEDA delegation visited Ms. Wanthanee Viputwongsakul, Minister of the Royal Thai Embassy in Hanoi to comprehensively receive information and consultation for the preparation of the CS with Vietnam. On February 8th, 2018, NEDA delegation officially discussed with representatives from the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) of Vietnam; Mr. Luu Quang Khanh, Director General for the Department of Foreign Economic Relations and Mr. Hoang Trung Dong, Official, Department of Foreign Economic Relations, to discuss on the national socio-economic plan of Vietnam, direction of Infrastructure development in Vietnam and consultation for Vietnam’s prospective sectors in development cooperation with NEDA.
