Colonel (Ret.) Saranyu Viriyavejakul, D.Sc., Vice President of Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), attended a meeting with Oukham Sengkeomixay, Deputy Chief of Mission of Lao People's Democratic Republic to Thailand, to discuss about the guideline to formulate NEDA’s cooperation strategic plan with neighboring countries (Country Strategy) between year 2022-2024 on 11 February 2021.
