NEDA met with the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Lao PDR.

Mr. Peeramate Wutthonnetirak, the Director of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), and Mr. Keerati Weluwan, the Deputy Director, attended a meeting with H.E Dr. Phouthanouphet Saysombath, the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Lao PDR along with the delegation to discuss the future cooperation between Lao PDR and NEDA and reported the status of projects in the process of integration on various issues and obstacles. In this meeting, there were discussions regarding the current economic situation of Lao PDR, including public debt management guidelines and problem-solving policy on October 13th, 2022 at the World Bank Office, Washington, D.C., USA.
