On Thursday 9th February 2023, Mr. Raphiphat Phrommanat, the Director of Policy And Planning Bureau (DPPB) of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation (Public) Agency (NEDA) welcomed and discussed with representative of the Australian Embassy in Thailand, the representative of the  Partnership for Infrastructure (P4I), the representative of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Australia (DFAT) and the representative of World Bank (Thailand Branch) at the conference room 1 of NEDA with the online video conference in order to discuss and exchange the information about the operations for infrastructure developments, especially border crossing facilities.

On April 3, 2024, Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), and his delegation visited Mr. Jin Liqun, President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Beijing, People’’s Republic of China. The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
