On 8th March 2023, Mr. Peeramet Wutthinetirak, the Director of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA) and representatives of NEDA attended the 4th JICA-NEDA Annual Meeting in Tokyo, Japan.
It was led by Mr. HAYAKAWA Yuho, the Director General of the Southeast Asia and Pacific Department, in order to discuss about mutual guidelines regarding financial and academic supports for infrastructure development projects, especially the transportation connectivity in Mae Khong Basin, as well as consider the concepts and processes for issuing social bonds for having case studies and applying the concepts to NEDA’s operations for issuing social bonds in the future.
