Mr. Kirati Veruwan, Vice President of NEDA and Mr. Vanthong Bouttanavong, Deputy
Director of Department of Roads, Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Lao People's
Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) were the leaders in the survey and the follow-up of Road No.11
(R 11) Development Project’s progress between Khrok Khao Do – Ban Non Savan - Sana Kham -
Ban Wang - Ban Na Sang. The officers from the Project Management Office 1 and NEDA
Engineering department joined the meeting to discuss about the construction and project route
survey plans with the officers from the Department of Roads, Lao PDR and the representatives
from consulting companies which include Asian Engineering Consultants Corp., Ltd. cooperating
with Lao Grobal Engineering Consultant Co., Ltd. and Lao Transport Engineering Consultant (AEC
companies), the representatives from 1 st contractor, Prayoonchai (1984) Co., Ltd and 2 nd
contractor, S. Khemrat Industry Co., Ltd. cooperating with Thavexok Development Group Co.,
Ltd. at Lao PDR on 3 rd December 2019.
