NEDA held a meeting to discuss Potential Pipeline Projects with Office of the National Economics and Social Development Council

            On Thursday 3rd February 2022, Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (Public Organization) (NEDA) held a meeting on Potential Pipeline Projects, to assist 3 neighboring countries, which are Cambodia, Lao PDR and Myanmar, financially and academically; and introduce Country Strategy 2022-2027, with Office of the National Economics and Social Development Council (NESDC). Colonel (Ret.) Saranyu Viriyavejakul, D.Sc., Vice President of NEDA and Mr. Rapipit Promnart, Policy and Planning Bureau Director, were representatives from NEDA to attend a discussion with Mr. Wanchat Suwankitti, Deputy Secretary General of NESDC.

The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
